Saudi Arabia: Legal battles continue over European arms sales

A UK pressure group has won the right to launch a legal challenge to the British government’s arms sales to Saudi Arabia. The Court of Appeal in London ruled on 4 May that the Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) can mount an appeal challenging a July 2017 decision by the High Court over the legality of the government’s policy.
