Kuwait: Further changes to the cabinet after electricity minister resigns

The cabinet of recently appointed Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah continues to be in flux, with further resignations and reshuffles. The latest to leave the team was electricity and water minister Mohammed Bushehri, who resigned on 2 March. His departure followed a ruling by the Court of Cassation that Bushehri was responsible for leaking a confidential report during a previous spell as a senior official at the Ministry of Electricity and Water, according to local media reports.
