Iraq country map – revised January 2022

Revised January 2022, this map illustrates Iraq's major infrastructure. The main map shows the country's major road  network, with the locations of oil and gas fields and pipelines marked alongside associated infrastructure including oil refineries, gas processing plants and tanker terminals. Provinces are marked and major international airports are shown with their IATA codes.

An inset provides an overview of the distribution of Sunni Arab, Sunni Turkoman, Shia Arab and Kurdish populations across the country.

The map is available as a PDF file using eps graphics, meaning that there is no loss of resolution as the file is enlarged.
