Manama has sent three invitations to Qatar for the governments to meet since the January 2021 Al-Ula summit formally ended the GCC split. But its overtures have remained unanswered, senior official Sheikh Abdullah Bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa told GSN, in the latest chapter in a long series of strained bilateral relations.
