MBS to chair new Saudi oil and gas committee set

Saudi Arabia has set up a new Supreme Committee for Hydrocarbon Materials, chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS). Few details have been released about the move, which was approved at a cabinet meeting on 31 July, but the committee has been tasked with considering “all matters related to hydrocarbons” and is in charge of issuing decisions on related matters.
