Qatar: ILO drops workers complaint

UN agency the International Labour Organisation (ILO) on 8 November closed a complaint against Qatar for failing to protect migrant workers’ rights. The complaint was based on concerns around Qatar’s failure to adhere to the Forced Labour Convention 1930 and the Labour Inspection Convention 1947.
