Prince Abdelaziz Bin Ahmed’s presence in Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman’s delegation to pay condolences to new UAE President Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan in Abu Dhabi was interpreted as a gesture to underline family unity as MBS prepares for his eventual succession to King Salman Bin Abdelaziz. But GSN’s analysis suggests this may be overstating the argument, even if the businessman prince is son of Saudi Arabia’s most prominent Al-Saud detainee, Prince Ahmed Bin Abdelaziz.
