Saudi Arabia: Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS ) tries to deflect legal woes

Following the 27 September announcement appointing Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) as Saudi prime minister, lawyers acting for MBS have argued to a US federal court in the District of Columbia that their client's new position entitles him to "status-based immunity”.
