Umm Al-Quwain Properties, a real estate developer chaired by Sheikh Mansour Bin Ibrahim Al-Mualla, has signed a deal to develop a luxury real estate project on the emirate’s Al-Siniya island, in partnership with Dubai-based Sobha Realty.
