A federal judge in the District of Columbia formally dismissed a lawsuit against Prime Minister and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) over the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018, in the wake of the White House decision that he was entitled to claim sovereign immunity.
