UAE national security adviser Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan (TBZ) has reappeared on the public stage with a series of significant foreign trips in August to Turkey and Qatar, in a sign that the Abu Dhabi leadership is intent on healing some of its deepest regional regional rifts at a time of US disengagement.
