The Kuwaiti government has filed a complaint in the United States for fraudulent concealment and transfer, breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment against Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah and many others in the Army Fund scandal. The government claims the former defence minister allegedly misappropriated funds belonging to Kuwait and is seeking at least $104m,
