Kuwait's Sheikh Talal Fahad Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah was elected president of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) at its general assembly held in Bangkok, Thailand in July. His term in office will run until 2027. He is the third member of his immediate family to hold the position.
