A Saudi prince, identified by US media and court documents as Majed Abdelaziz Al-Saud, is alleged to have assaulted several women at a mansion near Beverly Hills. The prince, aged 28 or 29, was arrested by Los Angeles police on 23 September on suspicion of false imprisonment, sexual assault and battery. He was released a day later on $300,000 bail and is due in court on 19 October, but Los Angeles media and social media are speculating that he has already left the country. The US State Department said he does not have diplomatic immunity.
