MBI ranked highest on UK Rich List

Issue 1036 - 12 May 2017 | 1 minute read

Saudi-born businessman Mohammed Bin Issa Al-Jaber (‘MBI’) was the highest ranked Gulf individual in the latest annual Rich List, published on 7 May. The London weekly Sunday Times’ compilation of data and gossip may sometimes seem more a question of art than of sciences, but it claims to be the definitive guide to the wealthiest people from, or based in, the United Kingdom. Al-Jaber was listed at number 16, with a fortune of £6.8bn ($8.7bn), up £923m in the past year.
