More EPC contracts signed for Aramco’s Fadhili gas project

Saudi Aramco signed four more engineering, procurement and construction contracts for its SR50bn ($13.3bn) Fadhili gas project at a ceremony in Dhahran on 20 July, including one with India’s Larsen & Tubro for offshore facilities and another with Saudi KAD Contracting Company for downstream facilities. Saudi Electric Company and UK/France’s Engie (formerly known as GDF Suez) has been awarded the contract to develop the power plant at the site and the local Mohammed I Al-Subeae & Sons Investment Holding Company is to build the residential camp.
