Qatar has officially resumed diplomatic relations with Chad following a meeting between deputy prime minister and foreign minister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani and Chad’s foreign affairs, African integration and international co-operation minister Cherif Mahamat Zene. They signed a memorandum of understanding in Doha on 20 February.
