Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani has been in Algeria and Libya for official talks. The Emir held meetings with Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Qadhafi, Prime Minister Dr Al-Mahmoudi Al-Baghdadi and Foreign Minister Musa Kusa (previously the foreign intelligence head).
