According to the joint statement made by European Union (EU) high representative Federica Mogherini and Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on 2 April, Iran’s enrichment capacity, level and stockpile will be limited. Natanz will be the only enrichment facility, with Fordow converted into a nuclear, physics and technology centre, with no fissile material thereAt Arak, the Iranians will get help to redesign and build a heavy water research reactor. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will get enhanced access, the EU will end all nuclear-related economic and financial sanctions, and the US will end all nuclear-related secondary economic and financial sanctions
