A house on The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead, north London – a road much loved by foreign millionaires – is at the centre of a dispute (Asturion Foundation versus Aljawarah Bint Ibrahim Abdelaziz Al-Ibrahim) between a widow of the late King Fahd and the heirs of a Liechtenstein trust set up in the 1970s to manage Bin Fahd assets. According to lawyers for the Asturion Foundation, Kenstead Hall was unlawfully transferred to the widow, Aljawarah Bint Ibrahim Al-Ibrahim, from the Asturion Foundation in 2011 with the authorisation of Asturion board member Faisal Assaly.
