Travel bans lifted on Kuwait Army Fund fraud defendants

The Court of Ministers has lifted a travel ban on former prime minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, who was found guilty in October of complicity in the Army Fund fraud case, which involves the disappearance of more than KD240m ($795m) from the Army Fund.
