Regional aircraft manufacturers used the Dubai Airshow to showcase some of their wares, in search of orders. They included Abu Dhabi-based Calidus, which unveiled its B-250 counter-insurgency attack aircraft; reportedly designed in collaboration with Brazil’s Novaer and US-based Rockwell Collins, it is due to be manufactured in Al-Ain.
