UAE: MBZ, MBR meet Iraqi PM

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi visited the UAE on 15 December, and had separate meetings with Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan (MBZ) and Dubai ruler Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum (MBR). MBZ said he hoped the new Iraqi leadership would usher in an era of hope and change for the better. He hosted a lunch for Abadi, which was attended by MBZ’s brothers Hazza (national security adviser) and Abdullah (foreign minister), justice minister Sultan Bin Saeed Al-Badi, energy minister Suhail Bin Mohammed Al-Mazrouei and Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority chairman Khaldoon Khalifa Al-Mubarak.
