UAE/Ras al-Khaimah: Hacking case against RAK authorities revived

Farhad Azima has been granted permission by the High Court in London to try and overturn a fraud and conspiracy ruling against him secured by Ras Al-Khaimah Investment Authority (Rakia) in 2020, after uncovering apparent new evidence of Rakia’s involvement in hacking his email accounts.
