With a degree in marketing from King Saud University, the discreet Turki does not have a particular role in the royal court but is close to his brothers Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) and Prince Nayef, with whom he socialises.

Turki is seen by some to have taken on the role of businessman for King Salman’s sons by the king’s wife Fahda Bint Falah Bin Sultan Al-Hithlain. He has long had ambitions to be a leading businessman and has been involved for many years in the Tharawat Holding conglomerate (set up in 2008).
