Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan is one of the UAE ruling family’s higher profile Bani Khaili brothers, having played a central role in policing and internal security for nearly three decades

Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan oversees homeland security issues across the UAE, ensuring co-ordination and co-operation between the various agencies, as well as naturalisation issues, entry and residence permits, civil defence and traffic.

Saif Bin Zayed has been responsible for the modernisation of the UAE’s internal security forces over the past decade and is seen as a central player in the federation. He is also director-general of the Abu Dhabi Police.
