Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum (MBR) ordered the phone of his ex-wife Princess Haya Bint Al-Hussein to be hacked after she fled to the UK in April 2019 with their children Jalila and Zayed, according to a ruling made by the High Court in London in May but only released on 6 October.
